💧 City Tackles Salt Runoff in Winter Weather

Flyers’ Track Team Shines with Record-Setting Weekend

The University of Dayton women’s track and field team turned heads at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational in Louisville, setting two new school records and posting 24 personal bests. Senior Raegan Ernst broke the school record in the pentathlon with 3,671 points, while the 4x400-meter relay ran a program-best 3:49.68. Strong performances from Jadyn Haywood and Sydney Workman helped fuel a big weekend as the Flyers continue building momentum during the indoor season.


Next game: The Flyers are returning to Indianapolis on February 6th and 7th. They’ll be competing in the Fairgrounds Invitational, hosted at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion.

Raiders Bowling Closes Weekend with Statement Wins

The Wright State bowling team finished seventh out of 16 teams at the Columbia 300 Saints Invite, ending the weekend with a final-round victory. The Raiders went 9–4 overall, including notable wins over Nebraska and Wichita State. Rylie Jeanneret led the team with a 222.6 average, while Jasmine Schulze also delivered key performances.


Next game: The Raiders head to Illinois next weekend for the Flyer Classic. Competition begins Friday and wraps up on Sunday afternoon, marking a full weekend of tournament play.

Raiders Control Game in Road Win at Green Bay

The Wright State men’s basketball team led wire to wire in an 83–75 Horizon League win over Green Bay. Four Raiders scored in double figures, led by Kellen Pickett’s career-best 21 points and Solomon Callaghan’s 15 points. The win marked Wright State’s 10th victory in its last 11 games, keeping the Raiders firmly in the league race.


Next game: Coming off a dominant wire-to-wire victory, the Raiders look to keep the momentum rolling as they travel to take on Robert Morris this Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
