Thick brush, tangled woods, and overgrown acres don’t just make your property look neglected—they limit how you can use your land. Trails disappear. Space gets wasted. And clearing it by hand feels impossible. That’s where Buckeye Land Services comes in.
We now provide high-power forestry mulching, the fastest and cleanest way to reclaim your land without damaging the soil. Our equipment pulverizes brush, vines, saplings, and undergrowth on the spot, turning it into nutrient-rich mulch that improves your soil while leaving your property clean, open, and instantly usable. No burning. No piles. No hauling. Just transformation.
Whether you’re carving out new trails, expanding your yard, prepping for a future build, or finally taking back acreage that’s been untouched for years, our team delivers professional, efficient clearing that dramatically improves visibility, access, and property value. The difference is night-and-day—and most projects are completed in a single day.
Serving landowners across the Miami Valley, we bring the right equipment, the right technique, and the local expertise to make your land work for you again.

Dayton Fire Department Named Ohio’s Best
Springfield Fire Rescue Division has been named the 2026 Ohio Fire Department of the Year by the Ohio Department of Public Safety's Division of Emergency Medical Services, a prestigious statewide recognition that sets them apart from nearly 1,200 fire departments across Ohio. The Springfield Fire Rescue Division, led by Fire Chief Jacob King, serves one of the region's most demanding response environments, answering more than 19,000 calls for service in 2024 alone across six stations with approximately 130 dedicated personnel. What made them stand out to state judges was not just their emergency response, it was their deep investment in the community, including 50 community engagement initiatives that reached more than 3,500 children with fire prevention education and over 6,100 parents and family members with home safety training. The department also prioritized the well-being of its own firefighters and paramedics by strengthening peer support and wellness resources, ensuring their team stays sharp and ready in one of Ohio's highest-demand environments. A formal awards ceremony is set for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at COSI in Columbus, where Springfield's finest will be honored among emergency responders and leaders from across the state.

Letty Bug is a one-year-old pittie who has been bringing nonstop joy to Boyd Williams’ home in Brookville for the past six months. This sweet rescue pup may be young, but she’s already mastered the art of stealing hearts around the neighborhood. From the moment she arrived, Letty Bug made it clear she was ready for her second chance and a whole lot of love.
She’s a big fan of (well… all toys) and doesn’t believe in playing favorites when it comes to fun. Her signature move is an enthusiastic full-body butt wag that’s impossible not to smile at, and speaking of smiles—she’s always flashing one of her own. With her happy grin and wiggly greetings, Letty Bug makes every day a little brighter in Brookville.
